Coming from St. Xavier’s Jaipur, he took B.E. Textile Technology given his father’s background in textiles. Initially found it challenging to adjust but then the small institute and homely atmosphere was fun. When he was in 2nd year he realized that textiles may not be his cup of tea, and started preparing for the next challenge i.e. MBA. Still managed to pass every college exam in all the years, honing his extracurricular skills and eventually becoming the cultural secretary of the college in the final year.
After completing B.E. in 2001, he joined SCMHRD to pursue his MBA in information technology. Post MBA he joined a start-up IT company in 2003 as a project manager and worked his way up to finally head a profit centre in 2008. As it turns out the company got acquired and he had quit to the job to try his hands on entrepreneurship. That’s how in Feb 2010, DelphianLogic was formed in Pune, where Vandit is Founder Director and also heading Sales for USA. His company is into performance solutions (or popularly known as eLearning) and he along with his team is responsible for assisting Fortune 100 companies to solve their learning and development needs.
He is fond of reading and traveling and misses playing guitar in the street lamp outside hostel 2 which was where ‘kal jab dekha chand….’ got created.
